I’m tired of people saying this is a love song being sung to some ex-girlfriend. No. it. is . not. Or maybe I’m insane and crazy so I view this song this way…

Serious question
How can one lift their self-esteem? I’ve tried for years and I’ve never been successful. I literally have no self-esteem. I never have a day where I feel I’m an okay or a decent person. I’m constantly putting myself down. There’s nothing about myself I like. I hate myself.
